Sometimes life can be very demanding. If you would like some help concerning the issues you are struggling with, therapy may be useful.

How does this work? Together we investigate your situation, set a goal and determine how to reach it. The time needed to reach your goal depends on several aspects including the goal itself, the frequency of the sessions and of course the issue.

Therapy can also help you dealing with issues related to relationships, work, changes, stress, illness and loss. To optimise your process, I will give you questions and assignments to complete in between sessions. If it would be impossible for you to meet in person or you would like some additional guidance, use of telephone or e-mail is a possibility.
